Why PersonaPost feels different

PersonaPost does not start from a blank prompt.

That Blueprint gives PersonaPost a starting point for how you naturally create, what kinds of topics fit you, who your content can help, and how your voice should sound.

PersonaPost translates your unique design and business context into practical content guidance that shapes every idea and post it creates for you.

That is why your ideas and content should feel more specific than a generic AI content tool.

Step 01

Start with your Content Blueprint

Your Content Blueprint is the strategy behind your content. It is created from the human design chart details and your business details you entered during setup and it has translated those into practical content guidance. PersonaPost uses it to understand what you should talk about, who your content can help, how your voice should sound, how your content helps, and how you naturally create. This is the first step because it shapes the ideas and content PersonaPost creates for you.
Step 02

Generate Ideas

Go to Generate Ideas when you want content ideas. You can type in something that has been on your mind, choose a goal, and generate ideas from there. Or, if you do not know what to post, click Choose Ideas For Me. PersonaPost will suggest ideas using your Content Blueprint and your business context.
Step 03

Create Content

When you find an idea you like, click Create Content. Then choose what you want to turn that idea into: • LinkedIn post • Instagram feed post • Instagram carousel • Reel script • TikTok script • Facebook post • Email • Blog post PersonaPost will write the content for that format using the selected idea and your Content Blueprint.
Step 04

Review and refine

After your content is generated, you can: Edit — Make changes directly. Copy — Copy the content so you can paste it somewhere else. Expand — Make the content longer or more developed. Export — Download or save the post somewhere else for later. Regenerate Content — Create a new version from the same idea and format.
Step 05

Save to Library

Use Save to Library when you like an idea or piece of content but are not ready to post it yet. Your Library can include saved ideas and saved content. Use Library to save ideas or content you may want to come back to later.
Step 06

Add to Planned Content

Use Add to Planned Content when a piece of content is ready, or almost ready, to use. In Planned Content, you can edit the content and mark a date so you remember when you want to post it. Use Planned Content for posts you want to organize by date, platform, status, or next step. PersonaPost does not auto-post for you — this is your planning space.
Step 07

Come back anytime

PersonaPost remembers your most recent generated ideas and content during your working session, so you do not lose everything just because you click around. Saving to Library is still the best way to intentionally keep something for later.

Join the official PersonaPost Creators Community for questions, feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, and occasional app updates.
